Your company makes sending things to my daughter in Sweden easy which is much appreciated. I was not pleased with the last order I sent. The stuffed animal I ordered was a brown teddy bear with a red heart, combo item #136, but was substituted with a black dog and a wooden heart. I contacted customer service and was told it is your policy to be able to substitute items which I understand. I would think that you would at least substitute with an item that was representative of the item ordered which was not the case here. I have ordered flowers and other items from you for serval years and never had an issue until now. I would highly recommend you review you substitution process and make it more acceptable to your customers. Thanks

Easy to order. The only problem we had last year was the phone number for the recipient did not come up as valid and this delayed it a day or two. Hopefully that won't be the case this year.
